Because my answer is not fair. Not fair at all.
Alas, I went ahead and weighed in today, I won't do measurements because it hurts to stand.
191 even -_- That is no good, but a valid starting point. That's a BMI of 31.8 which definitely puts me in the Obese category.
Perhaps my first real goal should be to get out of that category? But no, I'll stick to my original goals, which is every --0. So, 190 is my first goal. There should be NO problem hitting that by next week. That would be a nice way to start this journey.
Probably won't be working out today or until this bug goes away, but there should be more to do next week!
