Challenges and Goals

My biggest challenges are : 

  • Eating WAY too fast (my stomach doesn't have time to tell my brain to stop!)
  • Binging. Especially when I'm emotional, or bored. 
  • Sweets. That sweet tooth has a loud mouth.
  • Soda! Love me some soda. 
My first goals : 
  • I will use each --0 as a goal. For instance, my first goal will be 190. Next will be 180, and so on until I get down to my end goal weight. 
  • I will attempt to do couch-5k. I have tried this once, but literally didn't get past the first day. I need to be in a tad bit better shape before I start. It should be "Standing beside the couch-5k"
  • Waking up each morning and doing at least 20 minutes of yoga. at least the majority of the week

My end goals : 
  • My absolute end goal weight is probably 140-145. For my height, that is a "normal" weight, although on the higher side. I do have a large chest, so I will always account for that. I am not into muscle gaining, I would rather be lean. 
  • Being able to run a 5k
